When responsibility calls, you're ready to lead. These are the qualifications that matter. At least 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, or a similar industry. Storeroom management experience required; purchasing experience preferred. SAP experience required (materials, purchasing, preventative maintenance, etc.). Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing environments is a plus. Experience in metals manufacturing is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of P&L management and business operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Supervise and lead onsite personnel, including Storeroom Attendants and Customer Service Representatives (2 direct reports). Ensure site performance meets financial goals, including managing and understanding Profit & Loss (P&L). Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure contractual commitments and KPIs are met. Travel between company sites as needed (10-25% domestic travel; expenses covered by the company). Friendly. Attentive. Solid Team.
