Description:Education & Experience Required Education: • BS or MS in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline. Required Experience: • No prior pharmaceutical industry experience required. • Academic laboratory experience, undergraduate or graduate research, or internships may substitute for industry experience. Preferred Experience: • Academic or internship exposure to HPLC. • Introductory knowledge of GMP concepts through coursework, training, or internships. • Familiarity with chromatography data systems such as Empower or ChemStation. • Exposure to analytical techniques such as dissolution testing, GC, or Karl Fischer titration. Core Technical Competencies • Fundamental understanding of analytical and scientific principles. • Ability to follow SOPs, test methods, and laboratory safety requirements. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity. • Willingness to learn GMP documentation and electronic laboratory notebook practices. Software & Digital Tools Required: • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, data review, and communication. Preferred: • Empower or other chromatography data systems (e.g., ChemStation).
