With approximately 70 employees and $50M in annual project revenue, the firm delivers a wide variety of projects including retail centers, entertainment venues, self-storage facilities, industrial buildings, restaurants, and sports/recreation facilities.Job DescriptionQversee large-scale commercial construction projects ranging from $1M to $30M. This company delivers ground-up work in markets including retail, entertainment, self-storage, industrial, warehouse, restaurant, and sports/recreation developments. With a strong presence across the East Coast and a growing local pipeline in Southern Virginia and the Richmond market, the Senior Project Manager will play a key leadership role in project execution and client satisfaction.This position is responsible for directing all phases of project delivery-from preconstruction planning and risk assessment through schedule management, cost control, subcontractor oversight, and closeout. The Senior Project Manager will mentor project teams, manage multiple concurrent projects as needed, and serve as a primary client-facing leader ensuring projects are completed safely, profitably, and to company quality standards.
