Quality is at the forefront of the organization, as they are ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and AS9100 certified.Job DescriptionLead key continuous improvement and quality-focused projects in support of the Quality Management team.Utilize statistical techniques to collect, analyze, interpret, and summarize data to improve production efficiency.Partner with both internal and external customers to address and resolve questions, concerns, requirements, complaints, and product rejections.Collaborate across multiple departments to address quality issues with urgency and drive corrective actions through implementation and verification.Support the inspection department with internal investigations and material disposition activities.Conduct internal audits, customer audits, supplier audits, and host customer visits as required.Perform additional duties as assigned.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
