Outside Sales Representative - Commercial Plumbing (DFW)Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TXCompany: Modern Mechanical ServicesTerritory: DFW metroplex, with potential expansion into surrounding citiesModern Mechanical Services is rapidly growing, and we're launching a dedicated Commercial Plumbing division. We're looking for a motivated, experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and help us expand our footprint. This is a true sales role - no account management, no juggling service calls. You focus on generating new business while working directly for the President and collaborating closely with our Registered Master Plumber.What You'll Do:Build and maintain relationships with commercial property managers, facility managers, building engineers, and business ownersIdentify plumbing needs and present solutions for: Commercial plumbing preventive maintenance agreements Equipment replacements and retrofits On-demand repair service agreements Collaborate with our Registered Master Plumber and internal teams to ensure proposals and projects are accurate and profitableExpand our commercial plumbing presence in DFW and surrounding citiesWhat We're Looking For:Experience in commercial plumbing sales, estimating, or building servicesAbility to assess a property, spot aging systems, and have meaningful conversations with decision-makersA hunter mentality - you enjoy prospecting and closing new businessBonus points if you've worked in plumbing, mechanical, or related service industriesWhat We Offer:Competitive base salaryUncapped commission on all new contracts, service, and project salesWork directly for the President and alongside a Registered Master Plumber - mentorship and support includedHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k)PTO and paid holidaysLaptop, phone, company vehicle or auto allowance providedRequirements3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the commercial plumbing, mechanical, building services, or facility maintenance industriesWorking knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, service agreements, or capital equipment salesStrong communication skills - able to build trust with property managers, facility directors, and business ownersSelf-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage your own pipeline and sales activityComfortable prospecting, cold calling, and presenting proposals in personBasic computer skills and the ability to learn CRM and quoting tools (we use ServiceTrade)Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company vehicle or allowance provided)Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus - not requiredMust be based in or near the DFW area and willing to travel within your assigned territorySalary Description $45,000-$55,000/year
