Ensures hot food is delivered hot and cold food is delivered cold to the appropriate server and/or guests. Provide garnish, presentation, and preparation assistance in the kitchen.This role pays an hourly rate of $9 to $12.Benefits for PT roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.This position will remain open until April 10, 2026.ResponsibilitiesSmile and maintain a positive attitude at all timesDeliver food from kitchen to appropriate server and assist server with delivery of food to guestsWork with expeditor to ensure efficient delivery of food based on restaurant layoutPerform food preparation duties when neededFollow all Chickie's & Pete's service standardsCheck food for quality and presentation before serving. All food should be presented according to menu buildsEnsure food is transported and handled in a sanitary mannerDeliver to-go orders to Host/Hostess stand for guest pick-upAssist in bussing and cleaning responsibilitiesEnsure all condiments and napkin dispensers are clean and well-stockedRespond appropriately to guest requests, comments and complaints and bring any issues to the attention of managementComplete beginning, change, and end of shift dutiesWork efficiently and with a sense of urgencyProvide garnish for specified menu items according to Menu BuildAssist in keeping work areas cleanAttend all scheduled employee meetingsAdditional tasks as assigned by managementQualificationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, management staff, volunteers and guestsAbility to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, some holidays, and long hoursAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentMust perform physical activities in a variety of environmental conditions that require moderate strength including cleaning, climbing, lifting, walking, balancing and handling of materials.
