SERVICE TECHNICIAN-DOCK AND DOOR

Job Title: Service Technician/ InstallerReports To: Service ManagerDepartment: ServicePosition SummaryResponsible for diagnosing, installation, and repair of dock and door. Job Duties & Tasks:Employees will be responsible for performing maintenance, and repairs on various types of commercial dock doors and loading dock equipment.Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.Employees will be responsible for tracking and maintaining job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner.Must ALWAYS operate in a safety conscious manner while performing job duties.Qualifications:3+ years in a construction related industry.Well versed in the use of hand tools, including impact drills.Experienced arc or stick welders; will be tested during interview.Pre-employment physical and drug screening required, as well as a background check.3+ years of electrical experience preferred not required.Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.Good Mechanical aptitude.Possess valid driver's license.Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision plan.Paid time off plan.Paid Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.Competitive compensation: Including annual performance evaluations!401k retirement plan: Including an employer match!
