Emerging subject‑matter expertise in the following: ability to analyze Interface Control Documents /(ICDs/) and system‑architecture diagrams, then design and draft one‑line system interconnect diagrams, lower‑level point‑to‑point schematic diagrams, and associated military‑specification custom cable‑harness assemblies to meet platform or lab requirements/. Includes ability to perform cable‑harness part selection, conduct peer reviews, and manage engineering configuration‑management tasks/. Demonstrated use of applicable government specifications and standards, as well as industry documents such as MIL‑DTL‑38999, ANSI/IPC‑A‑620, SAE‑AS50881, and ASME Y14/.100/. Project lead experience /(agile task breakdowns, IMS planning, control account management, work package management, earned value management/), and coaching/mentoring of junior engineers/. Ability to obtain a U/.S/. security clearance/. **Desired Skills:** Experience with the following tools: Windchill/EPDM, AutoCAD, Zuken E3/.
