Senior Motion Designer & Videographer

Description Position SummaryCredit One Bank is looking for a career-oriented Senior Motion Designer and Videographer to join the Marketing Communications team. This role reports to the Creative Director and is responsible for concepting, designing, animating, and producing compelling video content that tells the Credit One Bank brand story. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable managing both motion design and hands-on video production, from storyboarding and shooting to editing and finishing.***Please include your resume with a link to your portfolio showcasing both motion design and video work.***Summary of Essential Job FunctionsDevelop and execute video content that brings the brand to life across internal channels and social media, in line with brand guidelinesCreate storyboards, style frames, and motion graphics for a range of video deliverablesCollaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to concept and produce impactful video contentCapture high-quality video footage as needed to support brand and campaign objectivesEdit video content using creative storytelling techniques that align with the brand voicePresent ideas and creative approaches to team members and leadership before executionEnsure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of all creative materialsSupport the integration of new creative techniques, design, and social media trends into the team's workflowUse project management tools and processes to maintain efficiency and organizationPerform other duties as assignedPosition RequirementsFull-time on-site attendance required (Las Vegas, NV) Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Motion Design, Video Production, Graphic Design)4-6 years of experience in a creative role involving both motion graphics and video productionDemonstrated experience in shooting and editing video content for brand marketingStrong portfolio reel showcasing motion design and video editing capabilitiesExperience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExperience with banking or financial services is a plus, but not requiredFlexibility to occasionally work outside of regular business hoursAvailability to travel occasionallySkillsProficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and LightroomStrong understanding of motion design principles, storytelling, and video editing workflowsComfortable with video capture (camera operation, lighting setups, audio capture)Strong collaborator and communicator, able to present and defend ideas clearlySelf-starter with great attention to detail and creative problem-solving skillsAdaptable under tight deadlines and changing prioritiesFamiliarity with project management toolsNice to have: experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.)Nice to have: SFX, mixing experience Credit One Bank, N.A. is a data-driven financial services company based in Las Vegas.
