Job Title: Operator 1, Packaging Operations ( Laboratory Manufacturing) Duration: 06+ months Location: San Diego, CA 92130. Shift Days/Time: Monday-Friday, 12:30PM to 9:00PM Pay Rate: XX27.50 on W2 Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required Minimum 6 months of manufacturing or laboratory experience Science and/or manufacturing background required Key Responsibilities Fill liquid antibodies into small vials in a laboratory environment Use laboratory dispensing and measuring tools for accurate filling and packaging Follow SOPs, GMP, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Prepare, organize, and stage materials (vials, labels, reagents, paperwork) Perform labeling, inspection, and packaging of finished products Maintain accurate production, batch, and inventory records Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets with high quality Input packaging data into SAP or other production systems Participate in shift meetings and support safety and EH&S programs Maintain clean and organized workstations and equipment Follow all safety, quality, and departmental procedures Required Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn new tasks and follow detailed instructions Basic math skills and understanding of the metric system Comfortable working flexible shifts and overtime if required
