Your day-to-day: Partner closely with Regional Account Manager to support increased sales efforts within territory for all product lines and services.Responsible for outbound sales calls to a specified list of customersMake recommendations to Inside Sales Manager to improve services & processesSet process expectations and ensure expectations are met with locations, operators and Outside Sales repsCollaborate with Credit & Collection, Billing, Customer Service and Operations Departments to resolve customer problems or issues in a timely mannerProvide products information to customers (front line) by building and maintaining customer relationshipsEnter orders and track shipments of system and related productsEstimate date of delivery to customers based on knowledge of the company's production and delivery schedulesResponsible for ensuring all proper documents associated with the selling process are thoroughly completed.
