Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician L2 to join our team and provide top-notch hardware and software support to employees and new hires across multiple locations. This individual will play a key role in maintaining and managing IT assets, providing end-user support, and ensuring smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide onsite and remote support for Windows and Apple laptops/desktops (IMAC - Installations, Moves, Additions, and Changes)Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows, macOS, and mobile devicesManage hardware refreshes, warranty repairs, and equipment redeploymentHandle printer installation, configuration, and break/fix supportOversee inventory, asset tagging, and depot operationsCoordinate equipment shipments, returns, and asset reclaimSupport executive/VIP users and perform AV system health checksProvide walk-up support and assist with onboarding new hiresMaintain asset management systems and provide weekly inventory/outflow reportsCollaborate with external vendors for hardware repairs and field dispatchEnsure all service requests and incidents are tracked and resolved in a timely mannerMaintain compliance with internal standards and policiesRequirementsWhat You'll Do:2-5 years IT support experience with strong knowledge of Windows 10, macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, including OS imaging and deploymentSolid understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, Ethernet, Windows Networking) and experience supporting network printers and AV systemsProven experience in asset management and inventory tracking, with strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent customer service, interpersonal communication, and ability to support executive-level users; strong documentation and reporting skills (spreadsheets/tools)MCP/A+ certified (preferred) with help desk/call center experience; exposure to automotive manufacturing is a plus; able to lift up to 50 lbs and must have a valid driver's license with personal vehicleBenefitsWhy Join Us?This is a hands-on role in a collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact user satisfaction and operational success.
