Job Type: Full-Time | Non-exempt? About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Estimator to prepare accurate and timely bids that support weekly production revenue goals. This role is responsible for interpreting plans and specifications, completing take-offs, applying production rates, securing vendor quotes, and supporting the overall estimating and bidding process.• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit bids for reviewPerform accurate take-offs and apply production ratesInterpret construction drawings, specifications, and addendaSecure and review subcontractor/vendor quotesConduct field visits for prime bidsSupport value engineering and pre-construction processesReview estimating input work for accuracyMaintain knowledge of vendors, materials, and related tradesUtilize estimating software and Microsoft Office applications? What We're Looking ForAssociate degree preferred3+ years of commercial construction, landscaping, irrigation, or related estimating experienceStrong math, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesBilingual English/Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus?
