In this role, you'll ensure machines and equipment run smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and bring ideas to improve performance.What You'll DoMaintain and repair rubber manufacturing equipment, including extruders, mixers, mills, boilers, water chillers/heaters, steam presses, forklifts, silos, oil tanks, conveyors, and morePerform light cleaning and preventive maintenanceWork independently, with vendors, and as part of a teamEnsure safety and quality standards are metQualificationsAbility to lift up to 80 lbs, work at heights, and fit into tight spacesComfortable standing for 10-hour shiftsOrganized, detail-oriented, dependable, and safety-consciousPositive attitude and integrityWillingness and ability to learn new things every dayPreferred Skills but not requiredExperience with rubber manufacturing equipment or similar machineryStrong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical failures2+ years in a maintenance role with one company preferredEcore International is an equal opportunity employer (Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veterans).
