You'll help us build efficient systems while training adults with developmental disabilities in valuable employment skills. About This OpportunityAs our Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you'll manage merchandise flow while mentoring participants in warehouse procedures. You'll coordinate receiving, quality control, and deliveries to retail locations, combining operations expertise with meaningful participant training.What you'll accomplish:Maintain accurate inventory records and organize warehouse systems for efficient operationsTrain and supervise participants in warehouse procedures that build their vocational skillsMake weekly deliveries to retail stores and coordinate with vendors to support operationsWhat you bring to this role:You bring warehouse or inventory experience and enjoy teaching others. You have the patience to support adults with developmental disabilities as they build employment skills, and your attention to detail ensures accuracy.High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with good driving record for local deliveriesExperience with inventory control or warehouse operations preferredBasic computer skills including email and spreadsheets What We OfferWork Environment: Active warehouse setting on our Libertyville campus with regular local deliveries connecting you to retail partners and the community.Growth and Impact: Develop leadership skills through participant training.
