We provide services in IT, Telecom, Finance & Accounting and Engineering categories.Designation: Test Automation Engineer Location: San Diego, CA 92130 2 days/week (1st day must start from office) Job Type: ContractRole Description The SW Test Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing manual tests and automate those for various software features to ensure their performance, accuracy, and robustness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual software testing, data analysis, and test automation, with the ability to engage with developers at a technical level, create tests, and develop necessary tools and equipment. Required Qualifications: Knowledge, skills & abilities:• Working knowledge of at least one embedded or cloud-based programming language, preferably JavaScript, C or C++, Python • Ability to read and follow procedures and flow diagrams • Familiarity with executing manual protocols • Able to effectively share information and ideas within and outside of department in written or verbal form; able to put forth own ideas and gain understanding from others. • Proficient at supporting effective interactions between team members and among cross-functional teams. Minimum certifications/educational level: • Bachelor's degree in EE or CS is required or related field or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
