Job #:  101896 Title:  Safety & Security Technician Location:  Fort Worth Salary Range:  19.00 Position:  Tech Description:  Reliance Staffing is now Hiring a Safety and security tech for a Distribution Facility in Fort Worth TX 76177!Schedule: Monday-Friday 6a.m.-4:30p.m.*must be flexible to work other shifts if required.Department: Safety/OperationsStarting pay: $19.00HRThe safety and security tech will support warehouse operations by performing routine safety inspections, audits, and security checks throughout the facility. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure work environment while building a pipeline for future safety leadership.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Safety:Conduct routine aisle and warehouse floor walks to identify hazards such as blocked exits, trip hazards and fire safety concerns. Document findings and report hazards to supervisors and safety manager.Support safety committee activities, toolbox talks and awareness campaigns.Assist departments in maintaining clean, organized, and standardized work areas.Security:Perform scheduled security checks of facility doors, gates and restricted access areas.Monitor for and escalate any security concerns promptly.Assist in maintaining compliance with site security protocols.Qualifications:HS Diploma or equivalentPrior warehouse, safety, or security experience.Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
