DescriptionJob Summary:Deal a variety of table games adhering to department and casino policies and procedures, gaming regulations and internal controlsEssential Job Functions:Provide friendly, fun, harmonious atmosphere for guestsDemonstrated strong knowledge of craps/diceAssist guests with monetary and chip transactions at the tableCompute payable odds to pay winning wagers and collect losing wagersNotify direct supervisor of any irregularities on assigned table to maintain security of game and casino assetsEducate players on the proper rules and procedures on assigned gameRequirementsJob Requirements:Must be 21 years of age.Must have Gaming Registration or the ability to obtain sameHigh school diploma or G.E.D Must be able to deal table games according to all rules and regulationsMust have proven knowledge and experience on assigned gamesMust have previous experience in customer serviceMust be able to mentally perform mathematical operations quickly and accurately while game is in progress Must be able to respond calmly and make quick rational decisions when handling guest's needs Must be able to speak, read and understand English: Bilingual a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearanceWork Environment:Must be able to tolerate exposure to second hand smokeMust be able to tolerate a high noise levelMust be able to work any shift, including weekends and holidaysPhysical Requirements:Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of timeMust have manual dexterity in hands and fingersMust be able to twist and turn with upper extremities, and reach with hands and arms
