Job DescriptionYour RoleThe Provider and Clinical Transformation team transform provider and clinical experiences, delivering extreme value to the business and meaningful impact across the healthcare ecosystem. The Product Manager, Consultant will report to the Senior Manager, Provider and Clinical Transformation. In this role you will use your Product Management expertise to connect provider and/or clinical product strategies, creating value-driven roadmaps, while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. You will be responsible for managing product development deliverables, such as detailed requirements documentation, data analytics, member journeys, design reviews, product reviews, implementation and delivery. Exhibits natural and intuitive user empathyDetermine and analyze KPIs at a product level to establish experience success, failures, and next steps through iterationConduct secondary market researchEffectively organize and lead brainstorming sessionsLead agile backlog prioritization for iterations, quick wins, and longer-term enhancementsReport regularly to senior management and stakeholders on the progress, impact and strategic adjustments of initiativesEstablish and monitor outcomes to measure success and drive continuous improvementManage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors or customers to define, execute and launchLeverage AI-driven tools and models to enhance provider, claims and clinical functionalityMonitor competitive landscape; develop new perspectives and innovative approaches, and execute strategic and departmental prioritiesQualificationsYour Knowledge and ExperienceMinimum 6 years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Entrepreneurship required. Requires a BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or Information Technology. Graduate degree (e.g. MBA) is highly desirable.Extensive experience in leading initiatives, with a proven track record in developing and implementing provider, claims or clinical strategies Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive strategy and innovation in a complex healthcare environmentDemonstrated experience in healthcare, specifically health plan operations experience requiredStrong strategic thinking and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutionsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams and interact with diverse stakeholders and stakeholder managementExperience with AI and machine learning tools in a healthcare setting highly preferredExperience in an agile software development environment with rapid feedback loops and quick release cyclesScaled Agile (SAFe) certification: Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Scrum Master (SM), or Agile Product Management (APM) highly desiredHybridThis role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility.
