Medical Malpractice Litigation Attorney

Job DescriptionProminent medical malpractice law firm with a statewide practice is seeking an attorney with 3 years of personal injury experience. Must be an aggressive top-notch litigator capable of taking on a full-charged case load. Handle all aspects of medical malpractice cases from intake through resolution. Conduct legal research, case analysis, and develop legal strategies. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents. Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses. Prepare clients and expert witnesses for testimony. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Work closely with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys. Active Member of CA Bar Association. 3+ yrs of litigation exp, preferably in medical malpractice or personal injury. Strong writing, analytical and communication skills.
