All roles are in person in Brooklyn, New York.Job DescriptionPangram Labs is hiring a Full Stack Growth Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will rapidly prototype and ship growth experiments across the entire stack. Most of the work is building new projects from scratch - standing up landing pages, referral loops, new product surfaces, and whatever else we think might move the needle on user acquisition and engagement.We're looking for someone scrappy who loves building things fast and seeing immediate impact. You'll have a lot of autonomy to identify opportunities and run with them.This is an in-person role in our office in Downtown Brooklyn, NYC.Responsibilities:Prototype and ship new growth experiments, tools, and product surfaces from the ground upBuild full stack projects from scratch to test new acquisition channels, referral mechanisms, and conversion optimizationsInstrument analytics and tracking to measure experiment impact and inform iterationIdentify high-leverage growth opportunities and prioritize ruthlesslyOwn projects end-to-end and move quicklyRequirements:B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or related areasStrong full stack engineering skills with deep expertise in at least one modern framework (React, Next.js, Django, Rails, etc.)Demonstrated ability to build and ship projects quickly and independentlyComfortable with ambiguity and a strong bias toward actionNice to have:Experience as a technical founder or early engineer at a startupBackground in growth engineering, marketing technology, or conversion optimizationMobile development experience (iOS/Android or cross-platform)Familiarity with analytics and observability tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, etc.)Experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation platformsSEO, paid acquisition, or other marketing channel knowledgeAbout the TeamWe are a small, tight-knit team of researchers and engineers who care deeply about our work and each other.
