We only accept direct applications.About This Role A commercial retrofit installer job involves upgrading, replacing, or modifying existing commercial building systems (like HVAC, lighting, or other equipment) to improve energy efficiency, performance, and compliance with codes.What you'll doRemove & install commercial systems and equipment, such as furnaces, air conditioners, chillers, and package units. Install new equipment including Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, and advanced control systems. Perform low-voltage control wiring and rough-in work. A small amount of sheet metal fabrication & installationEnsure that your work complies with federal, state, & local regulations. Interact with customers as needed, answer questions, & provide clear information about the process.Collaborate with other team members to finish projects and meet customer needs. What you'll bring 2+ years of experience in commercial HVAC. Ability to read & interpret drawings, blueprints, & manufacturer specs. Ability to climb, lift heavy equipment, and work in tight spaces. Strong troubleshooting skills to solve installation issues.
