Location: Onsite in Sugarland, Tx (Hybrid after 90 days)GetixHealth is seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist to support the administration, compliance, and communication of our employee benefits programs. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leaders by providing benefits guidance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting benefits-related processes within UKG.Key Responsibilities:Provide benefits support and guidance to employees, managers, and HR partnersAdminister health & welfare and retirement benefit programsEnsure compliance with ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, and related regulationsProcess benefits enrollments and qualifying life eventsSupport fully insured and self-insured benefit plansAssist with leave of absence and benefits-related inquiriesConduct benefits presentations for new hires and open enrollmentReview and audit benefits invoices for accuracySupport 401(k) plan administration and financial wellness initiativesMaintain and support benefits configuration within UKGDevelop employee benefits communications and materialsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3-5 years of benefits administration experienceStrong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirementsExperience with retirement and group insurance plansLeave management experience preferredIntermediate Excel skills (V-Lookups, X-Lookups, etc.)Experience with UKG strongly preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsCompensation:Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 (based on experience)Benefits & Incentives:Comprehensive Health Coverage: Enjoy medical, dental, and vision plans available starting after 60 days of full-time employment.Life & Disability Insurance: Benefit from basic life/AD&D, short-term, and long-term disability coverage, with optional voluntary life/AD&D plans.401(k) Plan: Eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) plan after 6 months of continuous service.Paid Time Off (PTO): Start accruing PTO from your very first day of employment.Flexible Benefits: Customize your benefits package to fit your personal and family needs.About GetixHealth:Founded in 1992, GetixHealth has grown into a leading provider of healthcare revenue cycle management services, with offices across the United States and India.
