HERS Advisors has partnered with a national labor & employment law firm who has an immediate need for a Litigation Secretary in their Orange County, CA office (hybrid).Requirements for Litigation Secretary:High school diploma or GED required; college degree is preferred, but not required5+ years of experience as a litigation legal secretary requiredLabor/employment experience is requiredAbility to accurately format documents in accordance with firm standards for format, style and quality, including table of contents and table of authoritiesState and federal court filing experience (manual and electronic)Demonstrated knowledge of State and Federal filing procedures (e.g., Pacer, ECF)Technical Skills: Strong skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; iManage (or other comparable document management system), CompuLaw; Aderant knowledge is a plusSalary range: 90-110k.
