This facility is known for its organized workflow, strong safety culture, and opportunities for long-term employment. If you have experience operating stand-up reach trucks in narrow aisle environments, this role offers steady hours and the chance to join a reliable warehouse team focused on accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities of Reach Truck Operator • Operate reach trucks and stand-up forklifts to move, stock, and retrieve inventory• Pick orders and stage materials for outbound shipments• Load and unload trucks while ensuring product accuracy and safe handling• Transport pallets throughout the warehouse and storage areas• Shrink-wrap and secure outbound shipments for transport• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment• Maintain an organized and safe warehouse work area• Follow all company safety procedures and equipment guidelines Qualifications of Reach Truck Operator • High school diploma or GED preferred• Experience operating reach trucks or narrow aisle stand-up forklifts• Minimum 6 months of recent forklift or reach truck experience preferred• Comfortable working at elevated rack heights• Strong attention to safety, productivity, and accuracy• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment• Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude Physical Requirements of Reach Truck Operator • Ability to stand, operate equipment, and move throughout the warehouse for the duration of the shift• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs when required Why Work with The Lee Group?
