Key Responsibilities for the HRBP: Act as a strategic advisor to leaders, providing guidance on associate relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and performance conversations. Analyze and interpret HR data to help leaders understand trends, root causes, and action steps needed for improvement. Deliver strong, polished presentations to departments and leadership groups. Support FMLA, ADA, and employee-relations processes with professionalism, empathy, and clear judgment. Provide written coaching examples or communication samples as part of HR documentation standards. Build trust-based relationships with leaders and employees while reinforcing an accountable, people-focused culture. Qualifications for the HRBP: 2-3 years of true HR Business Partner experience. Healthcare experience preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree required. Strong presentation skills and ability to influence leaders at multiple levels. Skilled at direct, clear communication while maintaining humility and strong relationship-building. Ability to use data to drive decisions and coach leaders effectively.
