What You'll Love Experience across AP, AR, and the general ledger Strong GAAP exposure through hands-on month-end close work Direct access to senior finance leaders Clear opportunities for growth as the organization expands Ability to move into areas like FP&A over time What You'll Do Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations Support month-end close Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation Process and apply electronic and credit card payments Assist with audit and compliance schedules Contribute to process improvements and documentation What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting At least 1 year of GAAP-based accounting experience Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and GL work Strong attention to detail and desire to understand the "why" Excel proficiency; Sage Intacct experience is a plus Work Model Hybrid role based in Lakeville, MN Compensation $55,000-$65,000 depending on experience Full benefits included EB-1812454801
