Proof of successful completion of coursework for medication administration as a Practical Nurse in accordance with state regulations. Must-Have: Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs. Proof of vaccinations is required. Description: Graduate from an accredited school of Practical Nursing. Current license as a Practical Nurse in the state of Illinois or ability to obtain license before starting employment is necessary. Current CPR certification is required. Proof of successful completion of coursework for medication administration in accordance with state regulations must be provided at the time of the interview. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of one year of recent clinical experience in an acute care or ambulatory care facility. Floating may be required to meet facility needs as specified. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. Time off requests are limited to 5 days maximum with no more than 2 consecutive days off. Holiday time off requests are not permitted. No time off requests are allowed the day before or after a holiday. All candidates must adhere to compliance timelines and provide necessary documentation within specified timeframes.
