PADEL39 is seeking an experienced, passionate, and community-driven Full-Time Padel Coach to join our team in North Austin.About Padel39Padel39 is a premium padel club experience with fun social connections. Our team is small but mighty, and we value collaboration, creativity, and a commitment to excellence. We opened our first location in North Austin in October 2024. We have ambitious plans for Texas: expanding North Austin to 9 courts in early 2026 and opening a 12-court facility in East Austin in March. We have acquired Dallas Padel Club, which is now operating under the interim name Dallas Padel Club by Padel39. The facility will be transformed into Padel39 (North Dallas) early in 2026, bringing Padel39's signature premium experience to the Dallas community. DescriptionPADEL39 is seeking an experienced, passionate, and community-driven Full-Time Padel Coach to join our team in North Austin, Texas. This role is ideal for a coach who loves being on court, developing players of all levels, contributing to program growth, and representing the PADEL39 brand with professionalism and energy.As a Full-Time Coach, you will deliver high-quality coaching experiences, support player development, assist in program design, and play an active role in growing the PADEL39 community through coaching, events, and tournaments.Key ResponsibilitiesCoaching & Player DevelopmentDeliver individual lessons, group classes, and clinics for players of all levels, from beginners to advanced Provide clear, personalized feedback to support technical, tactical, and physical development Maintain high coaching standards and an excellent on-court experience Support long-term player development, engagement, and retention Program Support & DevelopmentAssist the Director of Padel in developing and implementing training programs, clinics, leagues, and events Contribute ideas to improve coaching offerings and player pathways Help ensure consistency and quality across all coaching sessions Community & Club EngagementActively participate in club events, tournaments, leagues, and social activities Serve as a visible and positive ambassador for PADEL39 on and off the court Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and energetic club culture Tournaments & EventsSupport and coach during PADEL39-hosted tournaments and special events when required Represent PADEL39 professionally at tournaments and padel events Wear PADEL39-branded apparel during official appearances and competitions Safety, Facilities & ReportingEnsure the safety of all participants during coaching sessions Maintain the quality and organization of courts and coaching equipment Provide regular feedback to club management on player progress, sessions, and program needs Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 2+ years of coaching experience in padel or a related racket sport Padel or tennis coaching certification preferred Strong knowledge of padel techniques, tactics, and rules Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire players of all ages and skill levels Professional, punctual, reliable, and team-oriented Strong organizational and time-management skills Physically able to conduct active coaching sessions for extended periods Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive full-time compensation based on experience and contribution Performance-based coaching commissions Opportunities for professional development and growth Access to premium club facilities Equipment and PADEL39-branded apparel support Positive and ambitious working environment
