Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents. The Golf Tournament Catering Barback supports event operations by assisting with setup, food service support, and breakdown during golf tournaments. This role ensures catering areas remain clean, organized, and stocked so the front-of-house team can provide excellent service to guests. This is a seasonal role from February 23, 2025 and will end on June 23, 2026.  This role will pay an hourly rate of $22.50 This position will remain open until April 24, 2026. Assist with event setup and breakdown (tables, tents, catering equipment)Stock and replenish food, beverages, ice, utensils, and suppliesSupport servers and bartenders as needed during serviceMaintain cleanliness and organization of catering and service areasAssist with trash removal and recyclingFollow food safety and sanitation standardsProvide courteous support to guests when appropriatePerform other duties as assigned by the catering supervisorAbility to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periodsFlexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and long shiftsReliable transportationStrong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsPrior catering, banquet, or event experience preferred (not required)Must be able to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
