The Nursery Yard and Customer Service Associate supports greenhouse operations by watering, stocking, and organizing plant inventory while providing knowledgeable assistance to customers. (2 years) Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn, or experience with, inventory and ordering systems. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 20-50 lbs regularly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Responsibilities Customer Service: Serving customers in the yard, on the phone, or via email with questions, quotes, and product needs. Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Processing orders, verifying inventory, and preparing plants for pickup or delivery. Yard Operations: Loading and unloading plant material; assembling plant racks, bases, and shelves. Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory, organizing the yard for efficiency, and repairing or cleaning racks and equipment.
