Job Description Commercial Lines Account ManagerJob SummarySeeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to the operations, focusing on renewals and retention of the commercial lines accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in small business insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position, with the option to work remotely for the first three months before relocating.Compensation PackageSalary Range: $55,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)Relocation Package: $5,000 for candidates relocating to Duluth, GA after the initial remote periodBenefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) planProfit Sharing Plan: AvailableProfessional Growth: Personalized growth plans to support career developmentResponsibilitiesManage a book of business with a focus on small business accounts, including BOPs, workers' compensation, restaurants, beauty wholesalers, professional services, dental offices, and moreHandle renewals and retention of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationshipsQuote new and renewal business as requiredProvide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlyCollaborate with producers and other account managers to support the commercial lines teamMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system (HawkSoft)Qualifications/RequirementsLicenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license requiredExperience: 1-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, preferably with small business accountsTechnical Skills: Proficiency in HawkSoft or similar agency management software preferredLanguage Skills: Korean language proficiency is highly desirableSoft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; customer-focused mindset; adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges#LI-AH2
