Strategic HR Leadership + Translate business strategy into people initiatives that support productivity, engagement, retention, and growth + Champion organizational culture by aligning associates with the company's mission, vision, and values + Shape organizational structure by aligning people, skills, and capabilities with current and future business needs + Plan for succession and identify the values, behaviors, and competencies required for long‑term success Employee Relations & Compliance + Support, improve, and execute the company's employee relations strategy + Serve as a general advisor on employment law, labor standards, and government regulations + Partner with plant leadership on escalated employee relations matters and risk mitigation Talent & Organizational Development + Monitor and foster talent development through needs analysis, planning, training, and effectiveness measurement + Implement position frameworks and competency models to support performance and development + Facilitate leadership and associate training aligned with organizational priorities + Support workforce planning and attraction strategies as the facility grows Data, Metrics & HR Operations + Own HR metrics, leveraging data and insights to drive continuous business improvement + Monitor and ensure high‑quality HR service delivery (timely, accurate, efficient, and responsive) + Assist in the development and delivery of HR processes, systems, and training + Utilize HR systems and tools to support reporting, decision‑making, and process effectiveness Team Leadership + Recruit, manage, and continuously develop a high‑performing, on‑site HR team + Coach and mentor HR professionals to build leadership capability and internal succession + Foster a collaborative, accountable, and results‑driven HR function Job Qualifications: + 7-10+ years of Human Resources Experience in the manufacturing sector + Experience leading a team of 3+ HR professionals + 1+ year as an HR Manager or Supervisor + Experience supporting mid-to-large plant environment (~350+ employees) + Demonstrated experience leading and supporting strategic initiatives in conjunction with plant leadership + Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar field For immediate consideration, please apply online. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Elkhart, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $57.69/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
