This role will be pivotal in driving the growth and success of our consumer health products through deep insights and strategic analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in category management, data analytics, and a passion for consumer health products.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead category insights and analytics strategies to support Kenvue's product portfolio at Kroger.Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats within the category.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to drive category growth and optimize product placement.Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to generate actionable insights and recommendations.Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders at Kenvue and Kroger.Monitor and report on category performance, providing regular updates and insights to the broader team.Build and maintain strong relationships with Kroger's category management team, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.What we are looking forRequired QualificationsCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United StatesBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferredMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in category management, insights, and analytics, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industryPeople management experience of 3 years is a requirement and can include managing co-ops, associates, or early career talentProven experience working with large retailers, with a strong preference for experience with KrogerProficiency in data analytics tools and software such as Nielsen, IRI, Tableau, or similar platformsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategiesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholdersStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset with a strong ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships#LI-NR1What's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$153.850,00 - $217.200,00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.Competitive Benefit Package*Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesKenvuer Impact NetworksThis list could vary based on location/region*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
