Tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off and 9 Paid HolidaysWhat You'll Do: Audit HVAC jobs to ensure they are 100% ready for installation. This includes verifying equipment specs, handling permits, and confirming service finance approvals. Order necessary equipment and ensure all materials and labor are staged and documented before a job is added to the calendar. Manage the installation calendar for Comfort Advisors, ensuring no job is scheduled until all operational requirements are met. Act as the bridge between sales, warehouse, and field teams to keep projects on track and generate operational reports as needed.What You Bring: Previous experience in scheduling, project coordination, or high-volume administrative roles. HVAC or home services experience is strongly preferred. Ability to handle diverse tasks from permitting and financing to equipment ordering and general administrative support. Skilled in scheduling software and standard office suites (Microsoft Office).
