If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people during emergencies, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Provide compassionate, professional customer service to homeowners in distressAnswer incoming calls and help educate clients on the restoration processDispatch technicians to new jobs and manage active job schedulesCoordinate and adjust daily schedules for field techniciansWork closely with the Mitigation Manager and Mitigation Team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and effectivelyBuild rapport with clients and ensure clear communication throughout the processSupport weekend shifts (8 AM - 5 PM) or participate in rotating shift schedulesWhat We're Looking For:A positive attitude and strong desire to help others during challenging situationsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectivelyPrevious experience in dispatch, scheduling, or restoration is a plus, but not requiredQualifications / Preferred Experience:Previous experience as a Coordinator is required, with a strong background in water mitigation and construction.Must possess excellent customer service skills and demonstrate a professional, solution-oriented mindset.Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a dynamic, fast-paced environment are essential.Availability to work weekends (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) is required, with flexibility for rotating shifts.Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by emergency service needs. Shifts may be scheduled anytime between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
