What You'll Do + Champion and enforce a strong, proactive safety culture across all job sites and operations + Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and industry best practices + Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate workplace hazards + Conduct job site safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments + Lead and deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and onboarding sessions + Document findings, corrective actions, and safety procedures clearly and accurately + Partner with field leadership and crews to drive continuous safety improvement What You Bring + OSHA 500 or OSHA 510 certification (required) + 5+ years of safety experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments + Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems + Proven experience conducting safety audits and delivering safety training + Ability to work in the field and travel to job sites as needed + Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Preferred Experience + Construction safety and health compliance + Safety program management and audit leadership Work Environment & Schedule + Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (50 hours per week) + Occasional Saturdays as needed + Work on advanced, high-tech manufacturing projects in a fast-paced environment Why This Role Matters You'll play a key role in protecting workers, maintaining compliance on a high-profile site, and shaping a safety-first culture on complex, cutting-edge projects. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
