We offer career opportunities where you can contribute and grow.Build your future with us Our Account Expense Management & Analytics department is currently seeking an accounts payable representative to facilitate vendor payments, review and approve employee expense reports, provide expense report guidance and support, and assist with other departmental projects. This position offers full training and is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.Be ready to:code and enter invoices and check requestsreview expense reports for corporate policy complianceassist associates with expense report guidance and supportrequest IRS W-9s and engage vendors with alternative payment methodsrecognize and apply sales and use taxfacilitate daily credit card payments to vendorsresearch and resolve vendor discrepanciescommunicate with vendors and company associateshandle large volume workload while maintaining accuracy, organization, and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities within set deadlinesassist with daily projects and other tasks when neededBe equipped with:high level attention to detailstrong written and oral communication skillsstrong organizational and time management skillsexcellent customer service skillsa goal driven mindsetstrong problem solving, decision making, logical thinking and judgement skillstechnical aptitudeworking knowledge of Microsoft® Office and OutlookBring education or experience from: a high school diploma (required)accounts payable experience (preferred) knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials or Emburse Enterprises (preferred)Enhance your talents Providing outstanding service and developing strong relationships with our independent agents are hallmarks of our company.
