The practice is stable, respected, and growing intentionally-not through rapid expansion, but through operational excellence.This role exists to partner with the Owner-Physician and take full ownership of daily operations, people leadership, and execution, allowing clinical leadership to focus on patient care and strategy.This is not a corporate healthcare role. This is not a desk-only administrator position.
