Business Analyst

Role: Business Analyst Location: Miami FL/White Plains, NYC/ Remote – Onsite Preferred JD: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in product-focused environments and familiarity with technical development processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to aviation or airline operations and will be comfortable working in dynamic, Agile-driven teams. Candidates with prior airline industry experience and willingness to work onsite at one of the listed locations will receive strong consideration. Key Responsibilities Partner with cross functional teams to define business requirements, product enhancements, and process improvements. Support end-to-end project execution across SDLC using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies. Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable specifications. Contribute to strategic planning, roadmap refinement, and stakeholder communication. Assist in project management activities including tracking progress, risk identification, and reporting. Facilitate documentation, requirement gathering sessions, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Required Skills & Experience Strong background in Product and Business Analysis. Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe frameworks. Experience with project management principles and tools. Aviation or airline industry experience, highly preferred. Ability to collaborate closely with development teams; familiarity with software development concepts. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
