Job#: 3024047 Job Description: Role: Quality Operations Specialist (Training) Location: Onsite in Fort Worth, TX (76118) Rate: 48/hr Contract Duration: Long Term W2 Contract Position Summary The Quality Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring Bell's Quality Management System (QMS) remains fully compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements. This role will develop, revise, and maintain QMS processes, procedures, and program documentation. In addition, the specialist will oversee the creation and maintenance of procedures and training materials that support Bell's certified repair stations in accordance with FAA 14 CFR Part 145 requirements. Key Responsibilities Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight * Maintain, update, and revise QMS procedures as needed. * Develop and revise procedures supporting continuous QMS enhancement. * Create and maintain procedures related to new facility additions (e.g., CPR/BPR Warehouse) within the QMS. Repair Station Compliance & Documentation * Revise the Repair Station Training Manual. * Update the Repair Station Quality Manual to include the Flight Research Center. * Create a procedure establishing one common FAA Roster of Technicians for all Repair Stations. * Update and maintain training records for all Repair Station employees. * Create and revise procedures for PC Extension processes. * Develop a Drug & Alcohol Random Testing Procedure covering all Repair Stations. Training Content Management * Update and revise all Repair Station Standard Training modules in BrainShark. * Update and revise ARD Training in BrainShark. Quality Performance & RCCA * Track, monitor, and support Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) for Commercial Quality Escapes. * Partner with cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives, risk evaluation, and mitigation planning. General Responsibilities * Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, procedures, and established guidelines. * Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies. * Work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining high levels of organization and communication. Required Qualifications Education * Bachelor's degree (BS required). Experience * 7-10 years of relevant experience. * Prior experience developing internal procedures and creating training content. * Experience working in a 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station environment. * Strong understanding of FAA regulatory requirements. * Demonstrated ability to support Corrective Action & Continuous Improvement activities, including statistical analysis and project management. Technical & Professional Skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and Visio. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with internal teams and external agencies. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. * Highly organized, action‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
