This is a hands-on technical role with a clearly defined leadership growth path, and the right candidate will be mentored toward owning the DevOps function across the organization.ResponsibilitiesDesign and manage secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines using DevOps Pipelines and GitHub ActionsBuild and maintain infrastructure using Terraform or Bicep for Azure resourcesDeploy and manage containerized applications in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) using DockerCollaborate with developers to automate application deployments and manage environmental lifecyclesSecurely manage secrets using Azure Key Vault, OIDC, and pipeline integrationsMonitor infrastructure and applications using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application InsightsContribute to cloud architecture decisions, especially around security, automation, and scalabilityParticipate in cloud cost optimization and FinOps initiativesEngage in incident response, root cause analysis, and production supportDefine and document DevOps standards, runbooks, and architecture patternsContribute to the onboarding of AWS DevOps practices as we transition toward a multi-cloud environmentMust-Have Qualifications5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering rolesStrong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Services (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts)Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or BicepProduction experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Docker, and HelmScripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or PythonSolid understanding of Git workflows, including branching and pull request strategiesFamiliarity with Azure networking, RBAC, Managed Identities, and cloud security best practicesBonus SkillsExposure to AWS DevOps tools and services (e.g., EKS, IAM, CloudFormation, CodePipeline)Experience using GitHub Actions in enterprise or regulated environmentsFamiliarity with compliance-driven DevSecOps (e.g., SOC2, ISO27001, HITRUST, HIPAA)Prior experience mentoring team members or leading technical initiativesProject management experience with Jira or similar toolsWhy Join Us?Impact: Own the architecture of a mission-critical healthcare platform from day one.Autonomy: Full influence over stack selection, design, and build strategy.Growth: Move from hands-on builder to strategic leader as the platform scales.Innovation: Work at the intersection of cloud, automation, and healthcare technology.
