Campus Summer Pool Supervisor

CAMPUS POOL SUPERVISORThe Campus is seeking a responsible, organized, and energetic Pool Supervisor to oversee dailypool operations during Summer Camp as well as public and member swim hours throughout theyear.This leadership role focuses on supervision, organization, safety, and overall facility oversight. Poolexperience is NOT required - we will train the right candidate.Compensation & Benefits• $20 per hour• FREE summer camp tuition for your children (if applicable)• Positive, family-friendly work environment• Leadership experience in a growing camp communityPrimary Responsibilities• Supervise and support lifeguards during camp, public, and member hours• Ensure guards are actively scanning and skimming the pool• Confirm pool cleaner is used between groups and at closing• Oversee swim tests and distribute wristbands• Maintain communication with leadership regarding incidents• Coordinate locker room and deck traffic flow• Prevent overcrowding in pool and deck areas• Ensure belongings are not left behind• Ensure chemicals are tested twice daily• Confirm skimmer baskets are emptied daily• Monitor cleanliness and log maintenance checksAdditional Leadership Responsibilities• Maintain a daily pool safety checklist• Lead brief daily safety meetings with lifeguards• Monitor weather conditions and enforce lightning/heat protocols• Ensure hydration breaks for staff and guests• Serve as point person for minor incidents and documentation• Help enforce sunscreen and water safety policies• Assist in end-of-day facility checks and lock-up proceduresIdeal Candidate• Responsible and organized• Confident leader with strong communication skills• Calm under pressure• Great with children and families• Team-oriented• Reliable and punctual• No prior pool management experience required - we will trainLocation: The Campus - Downingtown, PATo Apply:James DiDomenicoJamied@610-960-5430
