We have six offices located in Idaho, Washington and Montana.If you have a desire to work with a dynamic team, grow your career and have a high level of personal accountability, we want to talk with you!General ResponsibilitiesThe Special Inspector is responsible for monitoring materials, installation, fabrication, erection, and placement of construction components to evaluate compliance with plans and specifications. Also will provide accurate preparation of electronic daily field reports that summarize services provided and calculation of test results.RequirementsICC and/or ACI Certifications:ICC Structural MasonryACI Certified Field Testing Technician Grade I or higherNuclear Gauge Safety TrainingPreferred Certifications/Experience:ICC Reinforced ConcreteICC Pre-Stressed ConcreteICC Structural Steel and BoltingICC Structural WeldingAA in civil engineering technology preferredProject management experienceAdditional RequirementsPositive attitude with a customer service approachEffective verbal and written communications skillsAttention to detailValid driver's license and a clean driving record.Ability to travel throughout our Western Washington service regionAbility to use computers and mobile devices such as a tablet to record field dataAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. alone, and maneuver up to 75 lbs. with assistanceALLWEST BenefitsALLWEST is an employee-owned geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, construction materials testing, and special inspections firm serving the Inland Northwest and beyond.
