Develop clear, easy-to-understand user documentation for the Knowledge Base. Conduct interviews, observations, and process analysis to determine the most efficient methods for performing job functions. Document the use of systems, tools, and resources required for agents’ daily tasks. Improve agent performance by creating instructional solutions such as: Process documentation Work instructions Classroom training eLearning modules Job aids Knowledge articles Translate complex technical concepts into accessible text and visuals. Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, or similar approaches. Participate in calibrations, call listening, agent shadowing, and metric reviews to identify training needs and gaps. Lead training initiatives rooted in performance requirements and behavioral change strategies. Build and update documentation for the knowledge management system. Create evaluation strategies (3 levels) for all learning deliverables. Develop project plans with review checkpoints; collect feedback, facilitate pilot review sessions, and implement revisions. Environment: Supports 29 automotive call center lines of business across multiple call centers. Agents are monitored for call duration and other performance metrics. Must-Have Skills Articulate Storyline Rise 360 Strong written and verbal communication Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Performance Metrics & Success Criteria: NSAT (Customer Satisfaction) Customer service Key Performance indicators Call duration and agent efficiency metrics Workload & Focus: Approximately 90% of the role is developing training materials including but not limited to: eLearning courses, instructor-led courses, microlearnings, infographics, and job aids. Typically handles 1–3 deliverables at a time. Fast-paced environment. Interview Process: Interviews conducted via Microsoft Teams. Candidates must be able to provide work samples (non-negotiable for manager). Providing work samples before the interview is highly preferred but not required. Work Model: Role is most likely remote.
