Associate Social Content Producer

ILIA Beauty is looking for Associate Social Content Producer who will own the production and execution of social-first content across the brand's digital channels, bringing campaigns, launches, partnerships, and always-on storytelling to life. This role manages creator relationships end-to-end-including sourcing, briefing, contracting, and content approvals-while collaborating with photographers, videographers, and influencers to produce high-quality assets. They also ensure seamless content calendar execution by coordinating assets, copy, and publishing needs so social content consistently supports broader marketing and business goals. This role is hybrid, open to candidates based in Southern California and will work on-site at our Century City, CA office at least 1x week. This role reports into our Sr. Social Strategist.
