Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid regulations, state laws, and agency standards, including Joint Commission requirements. Monitor clinical outcomes, conduct audits, and implement quality improvement initiatives for enhanced patient care. Candidate requirements Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required Active RN license in the state of Arizona. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in home health or a related field, with prior supervisory or management experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
