Cyril & Philomena and St. Rose of Lima. This person will report directly to the Deputy Chief of Operations & Enrollment at the Central Office. This position is full-time and works 12 months out of the year.Admissions, Enrollment, and Outreach Responsibilities: Handles all admissions and enrollment responsibilities for two elementary schools serving nearly 500 students in Philadelphia and surrounding areas Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current families throughout the enrollment process Creates and implements outreach plan including local daycares, churches, community organizations, local businesses, school fairs, and neighborhood events Responds to online inquiries in a timely manner, and follows up as appropriate with all leads Takes inquiry calls regarding admissions Sets up appointments with prospective families. Meet with prospects, give tour and complete necessary paperwork Attends and/or coordinates Open Houses as required Follows up on inquiry calls and leads. Keep detail records of all prospects and ensure school staff is doing same Works closely with Deputy Chief of Operations & Enrollment to ensure all reports are completed in a timely manner Becomes enmeshed with each school's community, including students, staff, and families Works with Principal to resolve issues Provides other duties as assigned Auxiliary Responsibilities: Coordinates with tuition manager to support tuition collection responsibilities Assists with on-line financial aid process Attends parent meetings as directed Imports Financial Aid Applications to tuition management system as needed Ensures exit surveys are completed when students withdraw Follows up as needed to ensure all scholarship paperwork is completed and submitted by deadlines Requirements High School Diploma (required); Some College (preferred) Customer Service Experience (required) Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Relationship Experience (preferred) Access to reliable transportation (required) Clearances on all required background checks (required) Other Pertinent Information Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week), including some evenings or weekends to host and attend events as needed Core hours match school day (7:30-3:30) with approximately 20% of time outside of the school building and/or core hours Time split between schools is anticipated at 60%/40% (3 days/2 days), subject to change based on school-specific needs Local travel is required to build relationships with daycares, churches, small businesses, and community organizations EOE: IMS is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and celebrates staff diversity.
