Admissions and Administrative Specialist

This full-time position supports both the James L. West Senior Day Program and James L. West at Home, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients and families. Responsibilities include: answering inquiries, conducting discovery calls, scheduling day program tours and home care consultations, maintaining client records, supporting admissions, general office operations and front desk reception, scanning and uploading admissions documents, maintaining organized client files, assisting with recruitment support, light office upkeep, and shredding confidential documents. Knowledge and proficiency of computers, software, and office equipment is required. Software/Application knowledge of the following is preferred: Microsoft Office 365 Paycom WellSky StoriiCare WelcomeHomeWho You Are: Love working with older adults!
