They must work well within a team, thrive in a busy environment, while constantly striving to make every guest feel at home.Responsibilities:Team Member responsibilities include but are not limited to:Expertise in using and maintaining all dish station equipment Load, run and unload dish machineKeep the dish machine & sinks clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediatelyMonitor dish machine & sink water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycleWash and store all kitchenware, baskets and crates. Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
